The sun comes out and the Meadows are busy.
Now to await the cherry blossoms blooming along these avenues in the near future, always a delight and wonder each spring.
Our first spring in the new bookshop, and we're loving the way the late afternoon light filters into the Children's Room.
#Edinburgh peeps, a reminder that this Friday (4th April), we will be enjoying a visual tour of the beautiful islands of Scotland's west coast with Alastair MacDonald Jackson
Heading back from hospital, and thinking that I deserve a pint in Cloisters (after strolling through a very sunny Marchmont).
Blue skies and warm, spring sunshine over the Royal Infirmary, hoping that's a good omen for my check-up ("it is the old wound, my king, it has never healed").
Bus here left from outside one of my favourite pubs; I may go in on the way back...
Leaving work early for appointment at the Royal Infirmary, which takes me on a bus route - the 24 - which I'm rarely on.
Weather gorgeous as we pass the huge Grange Cemetery, quite enjoying watching parts of my city I don't see so often going by.
The humble Dandelion, glowing vibrantly in the spring light, like a floral sunburst.
