Meine lieben Lebensformen,
Die beste Begegnung heute Morgen war aber ein Wiedehopf, der in einem Dorf im Salzburger Flachgau auf Futtersuche war.
Salzburg ist nicht berühmt für seine Wiedehopfpopulationen, darum war unsere Freude sehr groß.

Tiere sind Freunde und kein Essen oder eine Plage.
Bleibt gesund, glücklich und verliebt. 
Der schlimmste Seelenschmerz ist das Fernweh.

The best encounter this morning, however, was a hoopoe foraging in a village in Salzburg's Flachgau region.
Salzburg is not famous for its hoopoe populations, so we were delighted.

Animals are friends, not food or a nuisance.

Hallo meine lieben Lebensformen,
heute hat um 4:15 der Wecker geklingelt und wir waren vor dem Sonnenaufgang im Moor. Dort wurden wir von vielen (Oster ?)Hasen begrüßt und aus der ferne rief ein Kauz.

Es war ein wundervoller Morgen und Vormittag. Den Abschluss bildete dann ein Hermelin, das uns auf dem Weg entgegen kam.

Tiere sind Freunde und kein Essen oder eine Plage.
Bleibt gesund, glücklich und verliebt. 
Der schlimmste Seelenschmerz ist das Fernweh.

Today the alarm clock rang at 4.15am and we were in the moor before sunrise. We were greeted by lots of (Easter?) hares and an owl called from afar.

It was a wonderful morning and morning. We finished off with a stoat that came towards us on the way.
