@beer I loved beer festivals. We used to go as a group and all split up and grab beer to share with each other so we had the best chance to try as much as possible.
Post-covid none of us are down to share anymore, so we all kind of stopped going. Plus all the ones near me keep making huge jumps in admission price.
@gnitro Like you, it wasn't uncommon to exchange tastes amongst immediate friends. Now, things are a bit more complicated.
It's also why we don't attend many pub's/alehouse festivals.
But, we still encourage people to attend festivals if this is their first time learning about breweries.
