Okay, who do I need to f*ck to get medical science to research Nuciferine (as it does exist in Nymphaea Alba) for and , due to its (mental) relaxation properties? I can only speak for myself and this needs studies! Vaping "white lotus" really improves my quality of life!

@morothar

I got myself some Nymphaea Caerulea extract. So far, I'd say the effect is making me chill and sleepy.

What does Nymphaea Alba do for you?

@yourautisticlife Nymphaea Alba has a less sedating effect and I feel less "dreamy" compared to N. Caerulea. I do have the latter and I like to use it for meditation / long thoughtful walks, it supports introspective thinking. With N. Alba I don't feel sleepy, just a bit more serene and mentally relaxed. For me, being a programmer and a team lead, I feel like I can work just as effectively, if not a bit less distracted. (I don't operate heavy machinery ever, no idea if it would be bad for that.)

Also, N. Caerulea is great for dream enhancement. N. Alba also let me have dreams while sleeping again, but I wait about 30mins after vaping it before going to bed, because sometimes it lead to lots of cold sweat if I went to bed right away. Don't know why, just a weird side effect that sometimes happened (but never happens when I wait a bit). In any case, N. Caerulea is definitely better for dream enhancement.
