Being 40 is pretty awesome, honestly. I'm much happier than I was when I was 20. My shit is more sorted out and I'm more self aware.

If you're not a numbers guy then that's zero point three seven eight percent. You have a less than 0.4% chance of dying at exactly that age.
Of course, like the odds of being killed by your own dustbin, it's never zero. But it's unlikely. Take courage.
