I was trying to think of an acronym to make out out of IBS, but that would make a great track name or title parenthetical.
What about "Irony Before Sarcasm (My bowels are screaming and I will be unafraid)" by Constitutional Crisis
Or Check out the new hit album by Constitutional Crisis, "My bowels are screaming and I will be unafraid."
