Good morning you lovely lot 
I was cleaning Jadie's cage earlier and saw a subtle movement under the tray and jumped with fright as I thought it was a mouse, only to find it was my own slippered foot that I had wiggled...if you're wondering how my day is going 
I had the briefest of cuddles with a very hungry Ziggy who was saying "Come! Come!" the moment I took her out of her cage. She did give me a very brief preen, but food was her main focus. She is now tucked up under her preening arch as full as a tick, grumbling away with contentment.
Fresh chop to make this morning and I need to get some chickpeas soaking so I can cook them over the weekend and make parrot hummus. Then I will be working on the most recent Kids' drawing crochet toy order and watching Ghosts again probably

I need to try and get some fresh vegetables for G&T to make some chop. They have been on a seed / pellet diet since last weekend, and there are no fresh or frozen vegetables in the shops.
They have eaten some herbs from my garden.. but there isn't a lot there at the moment.
As much as the little dinosaurs love seed, they are missing fresh food!

@AnnonBudgie G'Day. Wow, is that because of the storm? Just shows you how things can quickly fall apart. We had snow here in March some years ago - "The Beast from the East" and none of the local shops had a delivery for nearly a week. People were fighting over bread. Hope you all have a lovely day further
@CazimodoCreative Because of power outages, all the freezer and refrigerator goods were lost
(They had generators but ran out of fuel)
