Good morning everyone 
I slept a bit later as Grant got up for the parrots today, but we are off out early this morning, so I have had to get up and disturb the peace of the living room. Grant is still trying to doze on the couch now that the uproar from the Crew at my arrival has settled down a bit, with just the occasional clicks from Toby and "Wisha wish" from Jadie. Ziggy is back to grumbling away beneath her preening arch, content that we've said "Good Moo!" to one another 
We're off to World of Wings today for Grant's birthday treat of a Bird of Prey experience that I got for him last year and he wasn't able to use until now. Then we're going to his Mum's for lunch, so it's a full on day. A break from BG3 is probably a good thing as I spent 2 hrs on just one battle yesterday. We won, but boy was it tough! Very satisfying though...and addictive!

@JustFi Thank you He wasn't able to do it last year so he's really excited today, and it's his birthday tomorrow so it all works out nicely.

@CazimodoCreative I remember an open day at the Botanic Gardens in Dundee years ago, they had birds of prey there, I got to hold a barn owl and a sea eagle - it was absolutely amazing. The sea eagle was scary and heavy!
@JustFi Oh I bet. Those birds are huge! Stunning though. I love raptors.
@CazimodoCreative They had an arm rest for holding the sea eagle, I doubt I would have managed without it - and I was fairly healthy then.
I was looking at the Scottish Owl Centre website the other day, they have profiles for some of the owls, I think you would enjoy the profiles - it tells you what the owls like and dislike, its hilarious.

@MAJ1 Thanks Maj. We had a super time. It was very cold, but dry and sunny. Grant has a ball
