The fight between Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and the Department of Justice and Border Patrol reached the U.S. Supreme Court again on Monday, win a narrow win for the Biden Administration. But what does the ruling portend for immigration battles to come? https://open.substack.com/pub/statuskuo/p/on-a-razors-edge?r=1zr8b&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcome=true
@jaykuo The constitution isn’t nebulous when it comes to the federal government being in charge of the border and immigration policy. We seem to have 4 SCOTUS justices with zero regard for the constitution whatsoever.
@jaykuo I sincerely believe that this whole thing is a test case for secession. They're going to just do whatever they want and see how much the feds push back.
@jaykuo Fucking Dan Patrick posted "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" on his FB page on Sunday.
