@georgetakei “The issue of the U.S. Marshal Service is more difficult. Federal marshals are the law enforcement officials who protect and support the federal judiciary but they are part of the Executive Branch, a bureau within the Department of Justice. “
I have always thought this needed to change. The judiciary must be in charge of their own enforcers for this very reason.
