@Woodknot signed!

I'd rather see more tech-agnostic regulations promoting energy efficiency and (actually, properly) green microgeneration, but I'll take sticking solar panels on everything as a good opener for pushing things forwards.

@Woodknot SotGov can do this with or without England.

That would be fantastic 💚🥰💚

@Woodknot Funny side issue I hadn't thought about until 2 years ago. We all benefit from this, whether or not we live in a solar equipped house, partly through slowing climate change but more immediately, as the UK would import less gas the overall price of energy would fall a bit.

@texhewson
And still some people are against renewable energy solutions

@Woodknot there also need to be compulsory sprinkler management systems, such as Rachio, with rain detection, on new builds in the USA - in areas where it makes sense. I get tired of watching sprinkler run when it’s raining.

@richardinsandy
It upsets me to think that we flush our toilets with drinking water.

A couple of years ago I installed a 500 litre tank in the garden to collect rain water. We use that to flush our toilet now.
Our use of water from the mains in now around 80 litres per day for two people
