The way I see it, the fascists are attacking 3 groups first, so that's where we build our trenches. Lines in the sand are useless. Build some defenses.
1. Transgender people -
#TransRights are #HumanRights
2. Immigrants -
No human is illegal
3. Disabled and neurodivergent -
A person's value does not rely of their ability to make someone else money.
If you are a member of one of these groups or feel personally threatened, please let me know how to best defend you.
I'm brainstorming ways that #MyWhitePrivilege might be able to act as a shield or invisibility cloak because pretending that #WhitePrivilege doesn't exist doesn't help anyone.

It feels like Trump‘s first term was about overturning Roe vs Wade, and then having done that they pivoted to demonizing trans people
Because abortion is now illegal in half the US, so they lost that as an organizing issue
They isolate and pick us off one at a time

It's truly all one fight. There's way more of us than them, but we can't keep letting them divide and pick us off.

@katarinajones Something that's more than just empty words. A concrete pledge tl standup for those most vulnerable people backed up by real world action.
