@smilingheretic I know that pain . I lost my wee Frodo three years ago and I still miss him every day. I didn't think we would ever replace him, but when we got Jadie via the Parrot Trust Scotland she helped to heal the hole in my heart he left behind. Taking in a rescue parrot is hard work, but very rewarding. Now I am up to three parrots with the addition of my Mum's Eclectus Toby
