We now have 8 channels of wireless mics to help better serve community groups. I'm very proud to be able to offer Broadway quality to our quests.

It's a real privilege and an honour to be a part of keeping that 122 year old #theatre running into the future.

Weird old lo-fi song alert: Circa 1998, my first attempt at "multitrack hard disk recording," after years of using my Tascam Porta05. Recorded with one Sure SM58 mic, bit of guitar, some crappy Mac software on an old biege G3, handclaps and a LittleTikes™ toy piano. I used what I had. Way back when, I posted it on sites like the old mp3.com and it got some nice feedback which felt awesome and immediate and kind of weird and new. There was a show on CBC radio that played new indie music and we were over at my brother's and tuned into the radio to hear them play this song which was pretty HUGE for me (mp3s were a bit of a buzzword of the time and I think radio was sort of freaking out and figuring out how this was all gonna work.)
At the time I called this "a happy song about sad people," which I guess it is. It was written after leaving a shitty job.
