Okay, Maybe I was getting a little excited about bread 4. I think I really nailed it with this one! I added some sun dried tomatoes, and a little feta cheese. I also think I finally got the gluten and windowpane tests right with this one.

It makes delicious salmon grilled cheese sandwiches! I couldn't resist

Bread 5 is coming.... but I ran out of whole wheat bread- and the once voracious starter (tripled in size on its feeding for bread 4) is now growing tired of bread flour. I gotta get different flour, so I added in 1 percent commercial yeast for bread 5. Basil an rosemary are in the next loaf :)
