LauraPupper snugs are helping me cope. She just crawled up here, laid her head down, & fell asleep on me 🥰 Chai is in a muzzle, harness, and leash (dragging) in the house for now, at the advice of a professional. Basically, she needs a slow introduction, and we've learned that's normal when bringing a shelter dog into a home with existing pets. Cat". His military service is still classified. 😄😎. Loves being around people, When both my mother and I have to go out at the same time he's usually waiting by the door - making it hard for us to get in. 😜 When we went to <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/FurKids" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FurKids</a> to pick out a new cat he was the first one we saw. As soon as we opened the cage he stood up on his hind legs and licked Mom's face. She didn't even look at the other cats. 😀

dennisaurusOur boy Goose, who we adopted in May, has tested positive for heartworms. There is no treatment for heartworms in cats and they are often fatal. I have to do this work, so it's going to be every day in the RV until this gets sorted. I bought my first used RV cheaper than a 2-week rental.
