Maranouchi 2014 - Tokyo - Japan

This was taken in late May 2014 with an iPhone5 from the traffic island by the east exit of Tokyo station, I returned to the exact same spot in 2019 & 2023. The difference is surprising!

La monumentalidad del Panteón de París nunca decepciona. Cada columna, cada bóveda, cada juego de luz filtrándose por los vitrales, te hace sentir diminuto frente a la grandeza del tiempo y la historia.

Este templo, inspirado en la arquitectura clásica, fue inicialmente concebido como iglesia dedicada a Santa Genoveva. Hoy alberga las tumbas de figuras como Voltaire, Rousseau, Victor Hugo y Marie Curie. Un homenaje arquitectónico a las mentes y espíritus que cambiaron el rumbo de Francia y del mundo.

Die Drei Schwätzer von Gießen - Nachtschicht auf der Einkaufsmeile Seltersweg

Auch wenn die Läden schließen – auf dem Seltersweg wird weiter diskutiert! Mariechen, Waldemar und Justus, besser bekannt als die „Drei Schwätzer“, halten selbst bei Nacht die Stellung. Wer weiß, worüber gerade getratscht wird … Wetter? Politik? Oder doch der neue Bäcker?
