GET appears specifically modeled on the notion that being <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/trans" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>trans</span></a> is pathological &amp; still serves as a strict <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/gatekeeping" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>gatekeeping</span></a> measure designed to discourage and ultimately prevent transition-related medical services.
