On #ThisDayInHistory in 2063 (in #StarTrek, at least) humanity breached the warp barrier and made #FirstContact with a Vulcan survey. I hope to live long enough to be there, and to see right-wingers stop blocking progress toward peace, unity, and #PostScarcity prosperity for all.

Would have just bought the Blu-Ray set had I known, considering it's practically the same cost. I'm spendthrift but not so stupid as to double buy the same content - esp. since I never liked Enterprise at nearly level as any other linear #StarTrek series. Consequently, I'm finding the bonus content by other means. <smirk>

Finished Vulcan’s Soul, Book III: Epiphany (2007) by Josepha Sherman and Susan Shwartz and I did enjoy this one more than the first two books in the trilogy, but still had some issues. The novel centers around the consequences to the Romulan Empire after the Dominion War of the threat of a dangerous species. 1/5 #StarTrek #bookstodon
