Is it time for Canada to remove it's knee-jerk, follow the leader tariffs against Chinese electric vehicles?

Let's face it, the only reason Canada imposed those tarriffs was because the US did. It surely wasn't based on a thoughtful, analytical analysis of the subject (or at least I haven't heard of one).

Surely, removing the tariff's on Chinese EVs would be the ultimate retaliatory tarriff against Agent Orange and his goon -based administration!
