I was intrigued by this salt and tea controversy. And I tried it, and I could not taste difference. Granted, I do drink very strong tea and do not mind bitterness. Maybe that is the reason. npr.org/2024/01/25/1226815949/

I don't know what the controversy is about. I like to use salt for coffee. To nix the bitterness of black and pekoe teas I use baking soda in very small quantities.

@firefly beats me. As I said I couldn’t taste difference. But I can taste difference between tap water and filtered water. But where I live water is super hard, so that’s no surprise.
