My name's Maria and I'm a librarian by day and author by night.
I live in 
and my favorite place to visit is the islands.
My books are about witches mostly because they're my favorite creatures (forget wands and hats) and they're as unusual as it goes. However, I also write about shifters, fairytales and banshees. Nice to meet you all!

@szczurtorebkowy Ha, ha. Don't worry. I've never been to Corfu, but I worked in Crete couple years ago. It's a big island and the mood is different from the city. That's why I love islands. Every day is fun and interesting.
