Whilst it's not been forever regarding how long I've been using , I've used for more than 10 years now, perhaps as many as 15.

So, my answer is simple.

I always prefer to run releases, so I am presently on and will in-line upgrade to when 13.1 is released, just as I've done for perhaps the last 3 or 4 major releases.
