Greyhound does not allow ICE or Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents to conduct warrantless searches or immigration enforcement activities on its buses or in non-public areas of its terminals. This policy has been in place since February 2020, following pressure from advocacy groups like the ACLU. Greyhound explicitly requires federal law enforcement agents to present judicially enforceable warrants for access to its buses or property.
