Ello sweet and lovely Friendos

I is back lovely peeps! Did ya miss me??

In about 15 hours, I should receive a call from the surgeon about my puncture that I had two weeks ago... Will I have an infection? Do I need antibiotics? Or... Is the area clear and can they schedule the surgery?? I hope to get that surgery over with, as that would mean I can plan and recover and then, hopefully, get back to "normal" again... But... Knowing my luck, I'll probably need the antibiotics first...

I had a decent enough night, but I think I may need to change the bedding, as it seems that the winter bedding is getting too warm during the nights... Best check the weather and then maybe change it later today...

I only did the groceries yesterday. I didn't hoover. I only swept the floors and couch. My hand was still every sore and I didn't want to disturb it with the hoover (and the mop). But I definitely need to do those chores so I guess that's the plan for this morning...

I am still reading my book, but it's going slow... I think I'm in chapter 6 now. I don't know how many chapters there are... But I think I have about 500 more pages to go (as my settings are in the eReader, no idea about "real" book pages). My friend already finished it, so I need to catch up...

I tried to read some before bed time, but I was so tired that I barely made it to 5 pages or so before I drifted off....

So yeah... Today... I need to hoover and mop, I need to await the phone call of the surgeon (wish this could be at 9 and get it over with, not at the end of my day...). I hope up read a bit... And, if the weather allows, I'll ask the neighbor if she has some time to help me (finally) hang up that cloth in the garden...
