The Ohana Cafe has a Kahuna wrap that I love, but it's a long drive & they close early so we can't go often. I recently made them at home & they came out GREAT! Now we can have Kahuna #wraps any time!
Spread mayo on wrap. Add cilantro, spinach, ham, jalapenos, & pickled veg. So good!
Pickles: put 10oz matchstick carrots, 2 onions & 1 cucumber sliced to sticks, in glass container. Add pinch of salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 16oz apple vinegar. Cover & refrigerate for a few hours.
