@georgetakei yeah - i ran some napkin numbers: at least 8 "red" states with 2-8 congressional representatives (and thus, 4-10 EC votes), would all have to drop to being like Wyoming with just 1 seat and 3 votes. While California and NY would lose 3 seats each (5 EC votes), so would Texas and Florida.
