@jaykuo The important thing now is for median and persuadable voters to hold the GOP responsible for failing to secure the border. Democrats may not particularly like the border bill (I don't), but governance in a democracy requires compromise.
Democrats really need to push the message that the inability to reform immigration now is the fault of the GOP. This message needs reach people who are considering whether or not to for Trump in 2024.
