Newsom’s voluntary agreements (VAs) were recently analyzed as part of the EIS for long-term operations of the Central Valley Project & State Water Project. According to the feds, the VAs would accelerate decline of numerous #EndangeredSpecies, including #salmon & #sturgeon. Far from providing reasonable protection to fish, fisheries, and water quality, Governor Newsom’s plan would make a bad situation worse.
