It’s a fact that Westboro Baptist Church is run by an incestuous family of lawyers. Fred Phelps legacy.
Their entire M.O. is to piss people off in the hopes of inciting enough anger to sue for having their civil rights violated. It doesn’t always work and they will find out one day first hand just what the violence they want to avoid feels like. Which will be heavenly and glorious.

@georgetakei The Phelps Freaks visited our area (Silicon Valley) and did not get a warm reception. When they picketed a high school in town, I thought the best response would have been for their "robotics club" to build a 4" high, 10' x 10' pen for a couple of roombas with signs that would say "we suck and so do you." This might have upstaged the Phelps Freaks with the media photographing the robots and ignoring the freaks.

shortly after the 9/11 attacks a mosque in Seattle was being threatened. a group of bikers (from several different clubs) heard about it, declared B.S. on the whole scene, hopped on their Harleys and stood guard outside so the folk could worship unmolested.
a mob did show up but had a change of heart and slunk back to their burrows.
