is out here predicting that 's vaporware Optimus robot will be "the biggest product of any kind of all time." 10 times bigger than any other product ever made by any other company.

Last I checked the Optimus demo a few months ago was so obviously staged/faked that the stock crashed like 10% immediately.

@Steve one of my favorite things about Tesla is that the car nerd press mostly loathes him. electrek and jalopnik are almost as sceptical of tesla as i am of crypto.

@cryptadamist The fact that TSLA stock is worth anything is a damning indictment of the financial analysis industry (though so are a lot of other things). His claims about self driving, robots, and AI (and spaceships) are laughably bullshit, but his claims about the size of the capturable market for these things is easy to calculate and wildly different from his very public lies about them.
