@cqd_sos @georgetakei the legal frame work. Power is apread very thin in the US, way more than most. Some countries are close but still lack the layers.

The legal framework? Pray remind me again, what exactly is the legal framework in the US, where a president can do whatever he wants with the stroke of a pen?
@cqd_sos @georgetakei that's the thing, they can't, but people still freak out until the system does what it does. It is literally blocking a chunk of the EA that were signed. Only a few that he's actually in charge of are sticking. The system works in a reactionary way, plus someone needs to sue for it to happen. Not a fan of that part, but it works.
