it needs updating for things like... the Internet, license tag readers, shot spotters, Ring cameras, cell tracking, scooter tracking, etc. yall be careful out there. there is a reason the CIA declassified this and it is making the rounds on social media (including X). probably the same reason that the FBI "accidentally" released dubious versions of the anarchist's cookbook in the 80's. that e2e phone that drug lords used (that FBI assets sold to them)
