I have saved many #food items from the trash at home & elsehere. Bones, broths, seafood shells, etc

Many flavor bomb mysteries in my freezer!

I throw a "mystery" in a pot, add #garden or fridge veggies & see what I got.

Today's turned out to be a beautiful chili-flavored #bonebroth. Must have been #tamale meat juices.

Added potatoes, carrots, corn, onion, okra, celery, tomatoes, greens, mint, etc. #foodporn
