Andre Louis

: Two days ago, Jake picked up a Sony from his friend for all of £30. Yesterday, after not playing it for many, many years, I bought and introduced him to it. This is my first reaction recording after not playing it for so long.
I used to sink hours and hours into this game on the original Playstation back in the 90's, so this is incredibly nostalgic for me.
From the music, to the sounds, everything is tied up in memories of yesteryear.
First, you'll hear the intro music, then a practice match so I can remember the combos, then a survival match.
His friend also found a second controller which Jake picked up yesterday after this recording happened, so we played two-player and it was a lot of fun.
One of the first times I've been able to game with my son in this way and we both loved every minute of it.

@FreakyFwoof Wow, nostalgia indeed. Tekken quickly became my favourite fight game on PlayStation, replacing Mortal Kombat on SNES; though admittedly that’s still iconic too.

@FreakyFwoof Fuck that review I was gonna write, I'm gonna fire up RetroArch and play Tekken 2 now.

@FreakyFwoof I'm looking for an online move list, but so far all I'm finding are wiki entries that are horribly formatted for the screen reader.

@FreakyFwoof Haha, for me it was Tekken 3, I do have to get a copy too to be honest, sounds like a great nostalgic trip.

@FreakyFwoof Tekken dark reserection was my first game in that series and I still love it. This game sounds different but it sounds fun.
