I'm restarting my new/favourite thread here, since is well, that... Let's start with this incredible thing, which is keeping me so engrossed that I cannot put it down, other than to type this. I will add to the thread with subsequent reads, and perhaps some old favourites.

@FreakyFwoof I wasn't sure how I felt about this until I kept reading. It has my attention.

Andre Louis

@BrailleScreen @MariahL It's fantastic! Genuinely. I've found a new top-10 author I'm sure. I've already read a lot of their other stuff in the last three weeks or so.

@FreakyFwoof @BrailleScreen is it bad that I like reading fanfiction if I want to read or do anything harry potter? The books and movies are full of plots holes bigger than the state of texas in some cases and no matter what I do I can't stop tearing the universe apart lol. I always find some new thing to question every time I watch/read the original material. It never fails.

@MariahL @BrailleScreen What you talkin'bout? What real books? What real movies? My HP world now *only* consists of fanfiction. The so-called 'real books' are a joke, especially after book 5. 6 and 7 are just shitty fanfic if even that.

@MariahL @BrailleScreen Haven't read, nor cared about the books in probably over 15 years. Can't stomach them these days. Absolutely sacrilegious to some, but yeah. that.

@FreakyFwoof @MariahL @BrailleScreen it is really fun to try to read the real stories now after reading fan fics for over 15 years. I start reading one, and say that didn't happen... ... ... oh wait this is the real story. lol.

@FreakyFwoof @BrailleScreen I'll use jim dale's audio as background sometimes but I can't seriously sit down and reread the books anymore. The movies are fun to revisit sometimes too but It's rare. I don't mind watching them if someone else is like hey do you want to watch one of the movies but I don't make an effort to do so on my own.

@FreakyFwoof @BrailleScreen @MariahL Is the text-only mirror still a thing, or did it die?
