No this wasn't a break-in, more a break-out. A window fell out of the building opposite and smashed on the floor. This was captured by my outside stream mics:

@FreakyFwoof This happened to me last year. Dad was replacing a part of my windows, used a pump up suction cup to hold the glass in place, per part of the procedure. He didn't like how loose it was, so wet the suction cup to get a better grip...Too good, in fact. The glass was literally sucked out by the suction cup, triggering it to shatter.

@FreakyFwoof Was the 1st sound it banging on the floor or busted out of the opposite building?

@FreakyFwoof That is awesome! I sure wish I had all of the weird stuff that happened around me recorded. Lol

@FreakyFwoof reminds me of a time i was walking down hale end road in chingford when someone slammed a window, it split down the middle and glass fell out. i remember seeing that, when i had sight back then. and i hope noone was beneath that window. in your clip.

@KaraLG84 It was scary to hear and see, but when we found out that nobody was hurt, it was OK> haha

@FreakyFwoof wow, sounded like a big chunk of glass there.

@FreakyFwoof Ha! I remember this. Any word as to why the window went smaaaaash *outwards*?

@arfy Someone tried to open it, the hinges must have been failing for a while, zip, pop, smaaaaash!

@FreakyFwoof I just love the sound of breaking glass.

@FreakyFwoof Oh uh... Oops? LOL that's an interesting sound.
