What would be the easiest way to publish a #webcomic so that it would be on the Fediverse and that would allow readers to read from oldest to newest?
Is there maybe a #Wordpress plugin for webcomics that is compatible with the #ActivityPub plugin?

I already checked @pixelfed and it doesn't allow for sorting old to new.

You can start from the beginning and read in chronological order (that's the one that's oldest to newest!) on the original website, then subscribe to get the newer pages/posts in your Mastodon feed.

I'm glad someone has concrete experience because I was about to be very unhelpful and say it should work in theory. 
The point you make is worth stressing for anyone else that is looking into doing this. The chronology is in the hands of whatever software is presenting the content. So you can have wordpress display its posts chronologically on the website. But as for ActivityPub / RSS consumers, the chronology is not under your control.
