Brent Hardinge<p>I’ve never had a test quite like that and I’m not sure I would do so well. But as I reflect, I don’t think it would come quite that blunt ar first. God doesn’t test us beyond what we can bear, so my tests are not the same as Abraham’s... or yours. He will test us right where we are, and, in my experience, they don’t come with a big sign that says “🚩🚨 TEST 🚨 🚩” (wouldn’t that be nice?!)<br />2/</p>

In Genesis 22, we see Abraham get asked by God to take his long-hoped-for son up as a sacrifice.
