@AnneTheWriter1 @joannarifkin Joe and I go library-hopping the way we used to go bar-hopping. A couple of Berkeley branches, and Albany (next town over, California). When we're farm-sitting east of Lodi we hit the Friends of the Library stores in Stockton and Sacramento. Gold mines!
We have a dozen or so Little Free Libraries in walking distance, too. And too many books, chronically. Time to circulate some of them, I guess.

#Peanuts #ComicStrips are far from wishy-washy. They can be very philosophically deep and influential.

You're right, #libraries are awesome!
But images without #ImageDescription aren't #inclusive: People using a #ScreenReader hear just one frustrating word: "image"

Thanks! I've often been forgetting to do that when posting images, and I apparently can't add it in during editing. I've heard that editing ability is supposed to change soon, but it doesn't seem to have changed yet.
It depends on the tool you use for writing your posts.
The Webbrowser interface allows to (a) add an image description during writing the post and also (b) to add it later, when editing your post after you have sent it.
I do not know how the different apps handle both cases but I assume at least the first case should work in up-to-date versions of most apps.

These days, I always do. But way back when I first posted that, I didn't always include it. And on my current Mastodon app, I can't edit AltText after posting. My apologies.
